Indea Herndon, Engagement & Inclusion Consultant for UPMC’s Center for Engagement and Inclusion will conduct an interview with Julius Boatwright, Founder and CEO of Steel Smiling. This interview will center around the origins of the organization, the importance of mental health for minority communities in the age of racial justice and COVID-19, as well as the acknowledgment of the various health disparities that affect those same communities.
